About Stem Tech
StemTech Health was founded in 2005 by Christian Drapeau. StemTech markets products based on a freshwater plant known as Aphanizomenon flos-aquae or AFA. Mr. Drapeau stumbled on to AFA in the 90’s while working as a botanical researcher and neurophysiologist, he was asked to research the science behind Aphanizomenon flos-aquae based on the testimonials and speculation of the plants health benefits. Several years later and after over 150 attempts the research team studying AFA was able to isolate the unique components and begin marketing the product worldwide and is active as StemTech’s Chief Science Officer.
StemTech’s day to day operations are run by Ray C. Carter Jr. their President and CEO he brings over 20 years of experience in direct sales and network marketing to the company. StemTech currently markets in over 16 countries world-wide and is still working to expand.
The StemTech Products
StemTech offers a wide assortment of products that they claim increase the natural distribution of Stem Cells. The StemTech product line currently includes 8 products. Their flagship products SE2 is said to be an all-natural supplement documented to support the release of adult stem cells from bone marrow.

The StemTech compensation plan rewards distributors with 5 ways to earn income that fall into three categories, upfront income, leadership income, and top producer rewards.
New StemTech distributors can earn from the company’s fast start program which is can be earned each time you enroll a new StemTech distributor. New distributors can also earn from the company’s uni-level program. A uni-level is simply a compensation model that allows distributors to enroll as many personal customers and distributors into the program, as the new distributors enroll others depth is created in the compensation plan and StemTech allows their distributors to earn through 10 basic levels, and even has incentives that can allow individuals to earn through unlimited depth.
StemTech rewards leadership through their Step-up Generation Program which is simply a leadership bonuses program tied to personal production and team growth. Lastly the company rewards their top producers with bonus pools and one of three car bonuses based on personal and team production.
